Relaxed Stay at a Great Hotel
lovely decor spacious bathroom excellent breakfast available courts
The room had lovely decor. It included a tea and coffee cupboard with a sink and a spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The breakfast was excellent. Padel courts were available at the hotel (i enjoyed them very much).

The golf courses looked to be in excellent condition. There is a dedicated sports area. I found padel courts, and they were well kept (i tried them).

The staff were friendly and helpful . The reception staff were particularly helpful, as they described the way to my room upon arrival (this made everything easier).

excellent facilities and friendly staff
helpful staff comfortable bed
the super nice team i especially thank evy louise and grace i found fresh milk and nice smelling products in the bathroom the servers behind the bar were knowledgeable they helped choosing our wine for dinner. the room was spacious it had every amenity including a safe the bed was super comfortable everything was super clean.

the hotel features both covered and open-air swimming pools providing options for all weather conditions a padel court is available for sports enthusiasts and a large play area with a zip wire caters to younger guests it also has a soft play area.

the renovated rooms in the courtyard offer a cosy and comfortable atmosphere the king-sized bed is located upstairs it provides comfortable space there is also a nice sofa a tv a study area and sufficient storage space available.

the hotel's architecture and surroundings are very beautiful creating a pleasant environment the hotel is near a golf course that appears to be in very good condition one can easily enjoy the blend of natural beauty and recreational facilities.

Fantastic stay
friendly staff large room efficient service world class gym
The staff was friendly and helpful, showing us the way to our room. Our room was large, airy, and located in a newer building on the first floor. Room service was quick and efficient. The gym is world class and has a large selection of equipment.
Some chargers for electric vehicles didn't work and instructions were absent.

The surrounding English countryside offers a peaceful retreat. It is near London. The sports facilities are superb. The hotel's location is ideal for both relaxation and activity.

The pools looked lovely, and the outdoor pools felt quite warm. The soft play area was clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet had a fabulous selection with freshly made options. The grounds are picture perfect, too

unhealthy heat insufficient loungers
the grounds looked well maintained.
There was no air conditioning in the room, and it became unhealthily hot during the night. i didn't sleep well (worst night's sleep). i think the hotel needs to invest in more sun loungers by the pool. I counted only 9, certainly not enough for all the guests.
